LIVING PATHWAY CHURCH (HUDSON, WI)

Living Pathway Church started as a group of three families who relocated from Minnesota to Hudson, Wisconsin. They had a shared vision, leading them to pray for a local congregational church that they could invite their new friends to be a part of. As they met weekly for Bible study and prayer, they saw God add neighbors from the community to their group. In 2008, the UMCF called Matt Milligan to be the founding pastor of a new church in Hudson.
The church developed a plan of discipleship centered around smaller groups of people meeting throughout the week in the community. In Fall of 2009, their first cell group was launched under the leadership of one of the founding couples. At the same time, they also began meeting monthly as a larger group for worship services at a playhouse in downtown Hudson. God continued to add members to their core group, and in the summer of 2010 Living Pathway Church was accepted as a Church in Development by the CCCC.
Through the combination of cell groups, worship and serving, the church has seen new believers come to know Christ and is discovering the joy of what it means to be followers of Jesus Christ in their community.
